Delta Spaccanapoli Fountain Pens: Neapolitan design and history

The barrel and cap are made of precious resin with palladium finishes. Each pen is named after a historic Neapolitan palace. The variegated or marbled resin recalls the colors and style of the building:

  • Palazzo Ruffo – pink resin
  • Palazzo Serra – brown resin
  • Palazzo Filomarino – blue resin
  • Palazzo Doria – orange resin
  • Palazzo D'Angiò – black resin
  • Palazzo Arcivescovile – red resin

Palazzo Filomarino and the blue variant

The blue Spaccanapoli is inspired by Palazzo Filomarino. It is located on via Benedetto Croce, in the heart of Naples. The building belonged to the Sanseverino family since the 15th century. The Filomarino della Rocca family later purchased it. In 1731, they added the famous portal, still visible today. Among its most illustrious inhabitants: Giambattista Vico and Benedetto Croce.
