The sculpted cap, in sterling silver or vermeil, holds the symbols of the lagoon. The 18 Kt gold nib delivers a smooth, precise writing experience.

Features of the Aurora Venezia

The jewel cap, cast in sterling silver or vermeil, depicts the winged lion of St. Mark and the gondolas with their asymmetrical shape.

It also recalls the columns of the Doge's Palace, rising from the lagoon.

The central band is decorated with a pattern that echoes the waves of the lagoon. Every detail tells the story of Venice through writing.

18 Kt gold nib, available in F, M, B widths. Filling is by piston, with an ink-view window.

Modeled on the Aurora 88, in black resin. A more precious version once existed in bordeaux resin with solid gold finishes, no longer offered today.

The jewel cap

The elaborate decoration in cast, solid silver or vermeil, represents:
- the winged lion of St. Mark, coat of arms of the ancient Venetian government;
- the gondolas, with their typical asymmetrical lines, which cross the canals;
- and is punctuated by the columns of the Doge's Palace, which rise from the lagoon, characterised by quadrilobate tracery.
The central band is decorated with a pattern representing the waves of the lagoon.
